Thesos helps people with IBS log their days and discover patterns between their lifestyle and symptoms. It is a self-tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. See our Medical Disclaimer.

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service you confirm that you are.

Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@thesos.app if you suspect unauthorised use.

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, they will be clearly marked, and their price and terms will be shown before you buy. Purchases in the app will be handled by Apple or Google under their rules.

Don't break the law using the Service, try to access other people's data, interfere with or probe the Service, reverse engineer or copy it, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

The data you log belongs to you. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.

The Thesos name, logo, software, design, articles, tests and generated analyses belong to Thesos Innovations d.o.o. or its licensors. You may use them only to use the Service for yourself.

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Scores, flare-risk estimates, triggers, test results, AI insights and articles are statistical or general information, may be wrong, and are not medical advice. You are responsible for decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified doctor.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or EUR 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these terms or put other people at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

We may update the Service or these terms. We will notify you of meaningful changes in advance. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent courts in Belgrade have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can also bring claims in your local courts.
