Thesos uses Google, Apple or email sign-in. If you can't sign in, make sure you choose the same account you used before. To link your website quiz, sign in with the same email you used for the quiz.

Open Profile → Settings → Export data to download all your logs as a file.

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data immediately, including your quiz answers on the website.

Can't access the app? Email support@thesos.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll delete everything within 7 days.
