Delete your account

You can delete your Thesos account and all your data at any time.
In the app
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. You can export your data first with Settings → Export data.
Without the app
Email support@thesos.app from the address you signed up with, using the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete everything within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account, all logs, photos, profile and onboarding answers, and the quiz answers linked to your email, both in the app and on the thesos.app website. This happens immediately and can't be undone.
What we keep
Only records the law requires (for example purchase and tax records if you ever buy a subscription) and anonymous statistics that can't identify you. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
