Money-Back Policy

1. General refund rules

We value any feedback and do everything we can to make Thesos members happy with our service. However, if you are not completely satisfied with Thesos, you may request a refund according to the terms set out below.

As a general rule, payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the conditions of our Money-Back Guarantee are met, or where a refund is required under applicable law. In certain circumstances we may review and approve refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

A refund can usually be claimed only during the active subscription period. If your subscription period has expired before you submit a refund request, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay the delivery of the Thesos service, your exclusive and sole remedy will be a refund of the price paid for the affected service.

Note for residents of US states

If you reside in California and cancel the purchase at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of such purchase, we will return the payment you have made.

Note for EU residents

If you are an EU user, you have a period of 14 days to withdraw from a contract, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from your purchase of the Service. If you have benefitted from a free trial, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the beginning of your free trial.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email at support@thesos.app. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have been presented with, and you have provided your prior express consent to begin performance during the right of withdrawal period and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal, then, unless the Service is defective, you will not be eligible for a refund in relation to digital content and will only be eligible to a proportional refund in relation to digital service. Where this provision applies, we will provide you with a copy of the confirmation of your prior express consent and acknowledgment on a durable medium.

Note for Brazil residents

In accordance with Brazilian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to cancel your purchase of the Service within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund the full amount paid without undue delay, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

How to request a refund

If you are eligible for a refund, as outlined here or required by applicable law, please follow the instructions below.

App Store purchases. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial through the App Store, refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, follow the instructions on the Apple support page.

Google Play or website purchases. If you purchased a subscription or enabled a free trial using your Google Play account or directly through our website, please contact our support team at support@thesos.app.

2. Money-Back Guarantee rules

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • You contact us via email at support@thesos.app within 30 days after your initial purchase and before the end of your subscription period.
  • You have followed your Thesos discovery program (i) for at least 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days after the purchase (for 4-week and longer subscription periods), or (ii) for at least 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days after the purchase (for weekly subscription periods).
  • You are able to demonstrate that you have followed the program pursuant to the requirements below.
  • We will review your application and notify you by email whether your application is approved.

How to demonstrate that you have followed the program

You provide screenshots from the Thesos app proving that you have completed:

  • at least 7 daily logs or discovery missions (for monthly and longer subscription periods), or
  • at least 3 daily logs or discovery missions (for weekly subscription periods).

Important statement

Please note that only fulfillment of the above requirements allows you to receive a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. For the sake of clarity, this Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to any other instances.
